Consolidated View of Change Survey
The Change Management Institute is running a global survey on how organisations manage a consolidated view of change: coordinating the impact and timing of multiple change initiatives together, rather than one at a time.
The why
Most change professionals know the hardest part isn't running one initiative. It's managing everything landing on the same teams at once. We want to build an independent benchmark of how organisations handle this in practice, and your experience will help shape it.
What's involved
It takes about 15 to 20 minutes, is mostly multiple choice, and is confidential. If your organisation doesn't have a consolidated view, please still take part, as your answers help us understand why organisations may not have one.
