To celebrate this anniversary year, we have a number of exciting initiatives planned from interviews and insights to connecting at in-person events; these are special moments to come together, share stories and celebrate the impact we're making across the profession.

We're particularly excited to introduce the Change Leader Awards, a new initiative to recognise outstanding contributions to the Change Management profession.

We’re inviting all members to nominate a fellow member who has inspired you through their leadership, impact, and commitment to positive change.

Twenty outstanding Change Leaders will be recognised globally.

Who Can Nominate
All members are invited to submit nominations – self-nominations are welcome.

Eligibility Criteria
Nominees must demonstrate a substantial impact or profound contribution to the Change Management profession.
