We're Hiring! Join us as our Research, Insights & Advocacy Lead (Part-Time, Remote)
The Change Management Institute is looking for a Research, Insights & Advocacy Lead (0.4 FTE) to help shape the future of the change management profession globally.
This is a unique opportunity to:
- Lead the next phase of our Futures of Change research program
- Turn insights into content, events, and influence
- Help build a new research and advocacy function from the ground up
- Work remotely with a purpose-driven, globally connected team
The successful candidate is someone who is:
- A confident writer and communicator
- Comfortable with research, analysis and insight creation
- Skilled at stakeholder engagement and event delivery
- Self-motivated, organised, and excited to help build something meaningful
This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who wants to shape the agenda and do the work.
